Sunday

Photographer, needed.

Now, tell me, why is it so hard to find someone to take a photo of me everyday??

Not just any photo, but a decent photo where the light hits me in all of the right places and I somehow look taller and skinnier and my clothes look flawless. Seriously, too much to ask?

I wonder how every fashion blogger does it, really. Who is free and just around every day, at a drop of a hat, to come and meet up for a photo shoot? If this is you - please contact me! And if you want to hang out with me all the time and coincidentally snap a photo of me during every significant moment in my life, that's cool too.

Here are a few amateur photos taken over the last week by some people who just happened to be nearby.

 Hat: H&M
Scarf: Nordstrom's BP
Top: BCBGMAXAZRIA
Bottoms: Anthropologie's Daughter's of Liberation
Belt: American Apparel
Shoes: BCBGeneration
Watch: Michael Kors
Bracelet: Stella & Dot
Bag: Forever21

Stopped at M1-5 in Tribeca - they were all decked out with awesome holiday decor & it was PACKED! Definitely a hot spot on Saturday night.
Went around the corner to Macao Trading Company - great 80's music, cool vibe
Met up with some friends at Kingston Hall in East Village where we ordered these fancy little 'Drunken Coconuts' - which was just rum & fresh coconut juice but it was served in actual coconut!

Also, my longest time-standing friend got engaged this week! She asked me to be her MOH (of course I said "YES!" with tears streaming down my face) and we've been wedding planning CA-RAY-ZEE. This makes THREE weddings which I will be a part of this year - so look out for some wedding posts - and I'll be hoping to hear some suggestions/horror stories from you guys too!

First wedding of the year is next weekend - you'll definitely hear all about that one. I'll try my best to take more (and better) photos to share with you all as well!
